Non Thai purchasers will be required to sign a 30 year Lease Agreement (renewable for a further 30 + 30 years)
Maintenance Agreement between Purchaser and TIDINDI is optional
On completion of the property the remaining 80% of Purchase Price is paid.
Ownership is transferred at point of full Purchase Price being paid.
