Interior Fit Out Contractor Bangkok
the context
Placed within a vibrant dining destination, this project distinguishes itself through authenticity and craft. Rather than applying generic “Korean BBQ” tropes, the design digs into cultural references visible in Korean temples — applying them with restraint and sophistication.
The hospitality environment demands a high-performing build-out (including robust extraction, grilling integration and guest comfort) while remaining evocative of its cultural source. This dual mandate—heritage and high performance—shapes every decision from layout to materiality.
The main space is defined by a circular dining table configured for on-table grilling — with staff access in the centre and guest seating surrounding. The seating and circulation flow naturally around the central table, creating a fluid and ritual-inflected dining experience.

Design Approach
The focal point — the circular dining table designed for on-table grilling — establishes the centre of the room. The internal arrangement takes this core as its axis, with circulation curving around the table to allow seamless service and guest flow.
Seating frames the table as both stage and ritual: guests engage with the experience, staff serve with choreographed precision. Every surface, detail and joinery element is informed by this tension between heritage and performance.
