Although BLUECHIP was not design lead, the project required:
Ultra-high reliability IT systems supporting continuous market data flow
Cable routing strategies to avoid heat build-up and signal interference
High-density cooling solutions and noise mitigation for trading equipment
Access-controlled environments for compliance and information security
Enhanced comfort and presence in the executive areas through premium finishes
Optimised service clearances for future equipment upgrades.

Complete commercial interior fit-out to client’s approved technical specifications
Specialist coordination with MEP engineering teams
Data-heavy trading floor infrastructure: racks, routing paths, thermal planning
Executive floor fit-out: boardroom, leadership offices, reception
Integrated IT + AV systems coordination and testing
Graphic design, branding, and signage implementation
Programme + procurement management within a live-building environment
Full delivery performed in a premium CBD tower with occupiers above and below — requiring sequencing precision and zero operational disruption.
