With Bangkok schools closed and remote learning imposed, homes had to become classrooms overnight. The client needed a safe, comfortable and inspiring environment for primary-level homeschooling, with flexible utility for evening study.
Timber offered the right balance of:

Comfort — a calm, natural aesthetic reducing screen fatigue By employing timber holistically — structure, skin, and furniture — the space feels cohesive, warm, and purposeful.

This is a timber project through and through. We embraced the opportunity to explore a complete timber construction strategy — from primary structure to finishing details.

Raised slab allows service runs and protects from ground moisture
The focal point of the learning area is robust, heavy-timber desks and storage, crafted to withstand daily use — and years of growth. A timber sanctuary for growing minds. Learning never stopped.
