Bluechip managed the fit-out in a live commercial environment, coordinating complex M&E and IT contractors and aligning multiple stakeholder groups across time-zones.
The outcome strengthened Shorelight’s local operations and reinforced Bluechip’s capability in high-end, fast-track commercial delivery.

Design Approach
The design prioritised openness, lightness and connectivity — enabling Shorelight’s business activities to thrive.
The plan promotes interaction between staff and students while also offering zones of privacy and focus.
Branding was woven into the architecture: graduation cap iconography, global-themed graphics and world-map CNC feature reference the client’s international presence.
Bespoke lighting pendants add a narrative layer, while materials and finishes maintain high-quality executive presence.
