Design and Technical

Although BLUECHIP was not design lead, the project required: 

  • Ultra-high reliability IT systems supporting continuous market data flow 

  • Cable routing strategies to avoid heat build-up and signal interference

  • High-density cooling solutions and noise mitigation for trading equipment 

  • Access-controlled environments for compliance and information security

  • Enhanced comfort and presence in the executive areas through premium finishes

  • Optimised service clearances for future equipment upgrades.

Our role was to interpret, refine, and execute the existing design into a built form that met Asia Wealth’s strict functional expectations.

Scope

  • Complete commercial interior fit-out to client’s approved technical specifications

  • Specialist coordination with MEP engineering teams

  • Data-heavy trading floor infrastructure: racks, routing paths, thermal planning

  • Executive floor fit-out: boardroom, leadership offices, reception

  • Integrated IT + AV systems coordination and testing

  • Graphic design, branding, and signage implementation

  • Programme + procurement management within a live-building environment 

Full delivery performed in a premium CBD tower with occupiers above and below — requiring sequencing precision and zero operational disruption.
