Dürr, a multinational leader in manufacturing robotics for the automotive sector, required the relocation of their Thai headquarters from a Grade-A CBD office to a location closer to their sister manufacturing operations.
This strategic move improved operational alignment, reduced travel inefficiencies, and strengthened collaboration between corporate management and production teams.
BLUECHIP provided full turnkey relocation services, working closely with Dürr’s staff to ensure a seamless transition within only six weeks from contract award. During this accelerated period, we developed the design, secured approvals, executed construction, and coordinated the complete move into the new office in Rama III.
Following the successful handover and occupation of the new HQ, BLUECHIP also delivered full reinstatement works at the previous office in Sathorn Square — a 400 sqm space under JLL management — returning the premises to base-building standard as required under the lease terms.
This project demonstrates our ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, compressed programmes, and the full lifecycle of a corporate relocation — from concept to reinstatement.
